About Me

Welcome to my portfolio! As you can probably tell by now, my name is Seb Jenkins and I am a freelance writer, editor, and journalist working in the UK.

Since graduating from the University of Kent with a degree in Journalism, I have worked full-time as a self-employed writer, forging long-lasting relationships with amazing clients from all over the world. Sports journalism, fiction writing, web content, proofreading, poetry, children's stories, blogs and more - I love pushing the boundaries, testing myself, and learning new skills every day.

People always tell you to work on what you love, so I'm always on the lookout to combine my love for writing with projects I feel passionate about. As a fan of Tottenham Hotspur, it has been a privilege to work as the Chief Editor at The Spurs Web - the largest Tottenham fan site in the world - for the past six years. My contacts in the footballing world have opened so many doors to so many amazing opportunities in that time. My passion for film and television, as well as the wide world of fiction writing, has also been a great source of professional and personal joy in recent years. 

I am very proud to say that since going full-time with freelancing, I have worked with: The Athletic, Sun Sport, Mail Sport, Times Sport, Football London, Betsson, FansBet, The Spurs Web, Amazon Prime, FilmHounds, TalkingFilms, Loud and Clear Reviews, and thousands of individual clients on the freelance platform, Fiverr.

With my fiction work, I have also been a part of the Wattpad Stars and Wattpad Creator programs, which have allowed me to make some amazing friends and talented authors from all over the globe.

I strongly believe that storytelling is an extremely important part of modern life, both in business and as a form of escapism. It has been a great privilege to be able to work within this space and have the opportunity to entertain, educate, and inform like-minded people every single day.
